Bellapierre Foundation Primer glides on with no tacky feel to provide a skin-smoothing complexion prior to applying your foundation. Apply small amount of primer to clean fingertips, gently rub into the skin, and focus on T zone, fine lines and wrinkles. Wait for 1 to 3 minutes before applying foundation.
